Step 1: Go to Academics > Teachers > Teacher Planning 

Step 2: Choose a date range you wish to plan. Click View 

Step 3: Display now shows columns for each upcoming week in the date range selected. With forecasted class numbers and student numbers 

Step 4: At the bottom of the page, you have two teacher lists. Fixed Teachers and Casual. 

Step 5: Based on the forecasted numbers checkmark those fixed teachers that will be needed for each week. 

Step 6: Repeat the same procedure for your Casual teachers if needed. 

Step 7: Changes are saved automatically.

Pre-planned teachers are presented with an asterisk next to their names and are conveniently prioritised at the top of the list. This functionality streamlines the allocation process, saving time and ensuring that the chosen educators are readily identifiable for classroom assignments.

Seamless Adaptation to Last-Minute Bookings

While planning is the best way for each department to be efficient, we do know that last minute bookings are a part of the industry. In these instances, Intrinsiq still allows the flexibility to change planned teachers from one class to another as one sees fit, in order to adjust for the new additional bookings.
